Meet Jenna Weitzman
Who am I?
That’s really the question, isn’t it?
I’m Jenna Weitzman and “who am I?” has been the guiding question in my life for many years. I have been on the path towards self-actualization for over ten years and I can now confidently say that I do know who I am.
To address the basics and my credentials (because those kinds of things are important), I am a licensed doctor of physical therapy with a focus on holistic medicine. I’m a certified Professional Yoga Therapist (PYT -- how great are those letters?!) and I am also trained in pelvic health physical therapy. I have a background in kinesiology and psychology as well. I believe that true, complete healing happens across multiple planes -- not just the physical realm -- so I have supplemented my western medicine training with loads of energetic and spiritual studies and certifications.
I have an incredibly strong spiritual practice -- truly this is the most important part of my life and nourishing this connection has transformed everything. I am a ceremonialist, a Moon Dancer, Guardian of the Sacred Obsidian Pipe, High Priestess and ordained Reverend in the Temple of Isis, and I am an officer of the Beauty Way Church holding Sacred Ceremony.
I am also a singer and musician. Singing is a way of both liberating myself and supporting the healing process for others. I believe that music is medicine and I’m all about making healing as enjoyable as possible!
My life didn’t always look like this though.
It was 2012 when I decided to change my life. I had had enough of the pain and drama that came with being raised in a home with an alcoholic father and a highly dysfunctional family. I set out on a journey to reclaim my life, to find happiness and love for myself, and it was the best decision that I have ever made.
This work has not always been easy. I’ve been forced to face my shadows, to look at the past and take responsibility for my own experiences -- the good and the bad. I did the work to heal from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. I have witnessed myself in the places where I have acted out of patterns set forth from these less-than-ideal experiences. But most importantly…
I turned my pain and wounding into fuel for creating the life of my dreams.
After years of numbing out, hiding, dating all the wrong men, and hating myself…
I’ve cultivated presence, consciousness, self-love, and the divine partnership that I’ve always wanted.
I’ve spent over ten years studying, healing, and growing so that I can help you to create your dream life. I want to help you connect to the possibility of living your purpose, to experience unimaginable happiness and connection, and to achieve multidimensional healing. I am here to take a stand for your empowerment and I’ll be right there with you as you find your way back home to yourself.
